Develop a mobile application that will follow the rules of the Blackjack card game where the player and dealer is both given two random cards and the objective of the player is to get a perfect 21 or higher than the dealer.


# Introduction
Card games are extremely popular, however the disadvantage is you need to carry a deck of cards with you whenever you want to player them, this can be tedious as you can forget the cards, or misplace them or damage them. If only there was an item that we carried almost all the time and would be able to any card game, any time. Oh right, there is, our mobile phones, I would like you to develop a mobile application with React Native or any other to build the Blackjack card game also known as twenty ones (21's).

 # Blackjack Rules

1. Both the player and dealer are given two random cards
2. The dealer must give themselves and the player the cards in rotation, i.e. one to dealer then player then repeat
3. The players cards must be faced up showing the values, the dealers card should be 1 face down and 1 face up
4. The players objective is to get a perfect 21 or a value higher than the dealer
5. The player can get another card (hit) to increase their score or double down to get two cards
6. If the player holds (stand) and the dealers value is less than the players, then the dealer must keep hitting till the dealer has a higher score or is bust
7. Getting a value higher than 21 is a bust, i.e. 22 or more

# Requirements
* Develop the blackjack game according to the rules above and [here](https://bicyclecards.com/how-to-play/blackjack/)
* Build the mobile app in react native or another mobile development language
* The game must be playable by at least 1 player vs the dealer
* The dealer should be the computer

# Optional features
You can try these optional features and feel free to add your own tweaks also
* Allow multiple players, i.e. 1 computer dealer and 2+ players
* Allow the dealer to be a player also if multiple players are playing
* Enable a point system to win points and earn different colour themes,  card skins, etc
* Display actual cards instead of numbers
* Try to imitate the deck system as much as possible, i.e. if 4 two's have been used, another two can't be used again
