We have been working on improving our database by moving it from Excel to a SQL and/or NoSQL database and now we need to be able to efficiently search through our data on other applications. The use of an Application Programming Interface (API) sounds very good, as it can allow us to make requests on any type of front-end and still connect to our database without any heavy duty front-end lifting.

# Introduction
We've been rebuilding our data structure by first moving our data from Excel to MySQL and MongoDB, and then we built a web scraping tool in Python to collect COVID-19 data periodically and store it within our databases real-time. Now we would like you to build us an API ideally using Node.js, however any programming language can be used also, like Java, etc. This API would need to connect to our database and retrieve information such as paginated COVID-19 results, top N countries with COVID-19, etc.

## Requirements
* Develop an API using Node.js or another form of programming language
* The API will need to allow for the following requests:

  * Retrieve all COVID-19 results with pagination
  * Allow the COVID-19 data to be queried with key words and countries
  * Top N results of countries with COVID-19, default to top 10 but let query parameters decide the N amount
* We will need to authenticate some of these requests so please create one or more authenticated requests that needs JSON web tokens to access
